How We Got Started
Green Desert Co. Ltd. was established in 2009 with the mission to become the premier global exporter and supplier of trees.
We have achieved significant milestones in supplying trees for various projects around the world, including:
- Expanded Supplier Network: Collaborated with numerous nurseries in Thailand and other countries, enabling us to supply a wide variety of plants and trees to meet client needs, even when not available at our own nurseries.
- Launched company operations in 2009 and established our first nursery in 2000
Won contracts for large-scale urban greening projects in Saudi Arabia , GCC and UAE. - Exported trees to over 10 countries, with a primary focus on the GCC and UAE, and established additional nurseries in Thailand to meet the growing demand.
- Specialized in supplying trees to the UAE and GCC regions, overcoming technical challenges of shipping trees in containers.
- Maintained a near-zero mortality rate for shipped trees, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
- To date, we have exported over 1 million trees to various projects across the GCC and UAE.
